Return & Refunds

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept the item.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing wear, damage, or alteration (except for manufacturing defects) are not eligible.

3. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] within the 3-day window and include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (defect, wrong size, etc.)
    We will reply with simple instructions for arranging pickup or delivery back to our facility.

4. Return Shipping
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, Mirona Venture covers the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for secure return shipment.

5. Inspection & Approval
Once the item reaches us, we inspect it within 1-3 days. You’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial of the return.

6. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 1-3 days after inspection. Because all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, we refund through either:

  • Direct bank transfer to an account you specify, or

  • Cash handover via our delivery partner, arranged at a mutually convenient time.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
